In May, we will observe Historic Preservation Month.
This year, FPHS is introducing a new annual initiative to dedicate a historic marker each year, in recognition of a local site of historical significance.
The Hubbard-Morris house on North Lake Street (the only structure in Crescent City individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places) will be the first
site to receive this prestigious recognition.
